Educational Requirements:

∎ Otherwise, Computer Science or similar technical background complemented with exposure to Agile Development practices will be desirable.

Job Context:
∎ BengalMobileQA is an established Basis-member software company, working as an Offshore Dev Center for Silicon Valley-based SurroundApps for almost 20 years. We have done large projects in Bangladesh for Telcos, and have done outsourcing for major companies like Cisco or PWC. We are now launching multiple products in Bangladesh and beyond and to help accelerate our progress we are looking to add great people to our team.
∎ We are looking for smart and bright go-getters who can quickly pick up new technologies and are ready to work hard and have fun. For this position, we are looking for a product leader who can can help define and drive the go-to-market strategies of some of our products, with direct customer feedback. The ideal candidate will learn and grow into the role of all aspects of a product, including defining Aglle requirements and user stories, working with UX Designers and working directly with customers and field users to help shape the product. This could extend to custom product implementation with select enterprise customers and managing customers directly for such engagements. This means the ideal candidate will have exposure to Agile product development practices along with complex project management experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Bengal Mobile QA/ Surround Apps Executive and Management team and target customers to define and own product requirements
∎ Help define the product User Interface flow working with Designers or design himself/herself
∎ Help manage the business of the product by looking at product profitability and marketing and sales initiatives.
∎ For large product implementation projects, manage the project by interfacing between customers and internal product development teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience in leading and building product solutions will be preferred.
∎ Marketing and Sales experience will be a plus
∎ Excellent written and spoken communication skills
∎ Keen attention to detail and passion for great user experiences
