Job Context:
∎ BengalMobileQA is an established Basis-member software company, working as an Offshore Dev Center for Silicon Valley-based SurroundApps for almost 20 years. We have done large projects in Bangladesh for Telcos, and have done outsourcing for major companies like Cisco and PWC. For one of our global customers we are building the whole software stack focused on the Hospitality Industry. We are looking to add great people to our team who can help analyze market requirements and build up product definitions and requirements in the Apps, Analytics and Cybersecurity areas. We will launch products in Bangladesh and as well, so local market exposure is a plus.
∎ We are looking for smart and bright go-getters who can quickly pick up new technologies and are ready to work hard and have fun. The ideal candidate will learn and grow into the role of all aspects of a product, including defining Aglle requirements and user stories, working with UX Designers and working directly with customers and field users to help shape the product.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Bengal Mobile QA/ Surround Apps Client Management team and US-based Customer Executives to define and own product requirements
∎ Develop and manage products and services that meet the needs of customers in the hospitality industry.
∎ Analyze Hospitality Industry requirements for Application and Data Analytics to help define the specifications
∎ Work with with Designers to define and refine product User Experience and Flows
∎ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of hospitality apps and analytics.
∎ Identify and analyze market trends to inform product development decisions.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that products and services meet customer needs.
∎ Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
∎ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and services.
∎ Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Prior experience in analyzing, leading and building product solutions will be preferred.
∎ Marketing and Sales experience will be a plus
∎ Excellent written and spoken communication skills
∎ Professional English communication skills in business settings and with other native speakers
