Additional Requirements: Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software solution sales or hospitality project partnerships.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, projects, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Bangla).
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and online lead generation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling to hotels
- Understanding of software solution domains such as Property Management Systems, PBX, Point of Sales systems, etc.

Responsibilities & Context: Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Executive – Hospitality Sector (Hotel Software/Services)
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Head of Business Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive end-to-end sales of our dedicated software solutions for Hotels and temporary Residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building pipelines, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals — both in the local and regional hotel markets.
The candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of the hospitality ecosystem, and experience in B2B software or ICT solution sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Identify and research potential hotel clients in Bangladesh and abroad.
- Develop and maintain a qualified lead pipeline through cold outreach, networking, social media (especially LinkedIn), and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and events that generate hospitality leads.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Initiate contact with decision-makers (Project Directors, ICT Heads, Procurement, etc).
- Understand client needs, funding cycles, and operational pain points to position relevant software solutions.
- Build long-term relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups with key accounts.
Proposal & Solution Pitching
- Present company profile, technical capabilities, and product demonstrations to clients (online & in-person)
- Work with pre-sales and product teams to prepare customized proposals and RFP responses.
- Assist in preparing financial quotations, project outlines, and negotiation materials.
Deal Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service scope aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handover to delivery teams.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets for the hospitality sector.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market trends, funding priorities, and competitor movements in the hospitality tech landscape.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Suggest improvements in product positioning and value communication based on field insights.
