Responsibilities & Context:
Our client is an international online entertainment company with over 12 years of expertise in building digital platforms for global audiences. Due to active product expansion in South Asian markets, we are looking for a Regional Localization Specialist for Bangladesh responsible for ensuring localization quality and user experience for the Bangladesh market.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional testing of the localized web version for the Bangladesh market.
Verification of local payment options, message delivery, interface behavior and content accuracy.
Cross-browser and cross-platform testing (desktop, mobile, different connection types).
Monitoring performance with major internet providers and mobile operators in Bangladesh.
Ensuring translation accuracy, cultural relevance, and natural language usage in Bengali.
Preparing structured feedback and issue reports for product and QA teams.
Collecting and sharing insights on:
User payment behaviors and trends.
Local user experience patterns.
Competitive landscape and market specifics in Bangladesh.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in QA, localization, customer support or digital content projects.
Experience in digital platforms, e-commerce, fintech or hi-load tech products is a strong plus.
Bengali - native level; English - strong written and spoken.
Confident user of internet and mobile applications; understanding of digital product logic.
Ability to identify and describe issues, structure information, and prepare Excel reports.
Knowledge of local payment systems and major mobile operators.
Must be a resident of Bangladesh.

Ability to clearly articulate findings and insights.
Working Conditions:
Fully remote format.
Schedule: 5/2 Monday-Friday 9-18/10-19 in local time zone with a must have flexibility to respond outside of core hours in urgent cases.
Fixed salary: 70 000 Taka/per month
