Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to existing partners in Bangladesh and to be responsible for partner database growth.
∎ Gather user feedback, suggestions, and report ideas for service improvements.
∎ Assist users with issues or questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
∎ Offer bonuses, introduce promotions, and recommend relevant new products.
