To strengthen our presence in Bangladesh, we are looking for a Market Research specialist who will help localize and enhance our product based on market trends, competitor analysis, and user preferences.
As a Market Research Specialist for Bangladesh, you will play a key role in adapting our online entertainment product to the local market. Your main task will be to test the product, collect information about bugs from users, analyze competitors and provide insights to ensure it aligns with Bangladesh user preferences. Ideally if you already had an experience of working as Tech Support Specialist so you know how to collect and analyze bugs. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the online entertainment industry and wants to influence product development in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product testing based on assigned scenarios as well as independently.
Research competitor products following structured methodologies to identify market trends and opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports on testing and market research, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with the product team to adapt and refine product features based on local market needs.
Participate in qualitative and quantitative research, form and test hypotheses together with the team.
Deeply understand the business logic of the product to provide relevant market feedback.
Maintain close communication with product managers, developers, analysts, researchers, and other stakeholders.
Assist in identifying user preferences, potential pain points, and opportunities for improving the product experience in Bangladesh.
