Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing appropriate promotional plans and strategies as well as effective materials on assigned product.
∎ Preparing both short & long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned product.
∎ Generating innovative ideas to change and develop promotional strategies and programmes.
∎ Providing required inputs in the process of new product development and bring changes on existing products (If required)
∎ Developing and preparing product and training manuals for the assigned product.
∎ Monitoring the competitor's marketing & sales promotional strategies and submit a report on it.
∎ Monitoring the sales & recoveries against targets and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecasts.
∎ Monitoring the market situations (Supply & Demand) of assigned products & take corrective measures/ actions where required.
∎ Maintaining the stock report and make L/C considering the budget & sales projection.
∎ Maintaining liaison with principals for more information on product development and promotional support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Have knowledge about the relevant industry/ products.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Strong communication & presentation skills.
