Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Limited provides complete farm mechanization solutions to farmers by offering a wide range of agriculture machineries - Tractor, Power tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter, Commercial Vehicle and Construction Machineries, Tire.

Market Development & Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new markets, towns, and potential dealer points for CEAT motorcycle tires.

  • Plan and execute market penetration strategies to increase market share in both urban and rural areas.

  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

Sales Growth & Business Development:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Support field sales teams to enhance sales performance and product off-take.

  • Develop and implement marketing activities and promotional schemes to boost sales volume.

Dealer & Channel Partner Management:

  • Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, sub-dealers, and retailers.

  • Ensure dealer profitability and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Monitor dealer performance, credit discipline, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Brand Visibility & Word-of-Mouth Creation:

  • Plan and execute local brand activation campaigns, roadshows, mechanic meets, and influencer engagement.

  • Enhance product visibility through point-of-sale materials, signboards, and local marketing initiatives.

  • Create positive word-of-mouth through satisfied users and mechanic endorsements.

Product & Market Intelligence:

  • Gather field insights on customer feedback, competitor activities, product performance, and price movement.

  • Provide periodic reports and recommendations to management for product improvement and pricing strategy.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and sales teams for smooth market operations.

  • Track inventory levels, dispatch plans, and ensure timely product availability.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and present market insights to management.
