Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned product groups.
∎ Monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.
∎ Collect market information and develop markets for assigned product lines.
∎ Organize field demonstration, operator training programs for assigned products.
∎ Establish standard product specifications and ensure product quality.
∎ Visit the Field frequently to ensure customers as well as field forces satisfaction.
∎ Develop market by continuous market research.
∎ Engagement with govt. & non-govt. agricultural wings through visiting and involving them as technology expansion partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge on Crop dying technology
∎ Excellent presentation and MS Office skills.
∎ Strong communication skills with a positive mindset, adaptability & flexibility.
∎ Willing to travel across the country.
∎ High social skills.

∎ Negotiable
