Responsibilities & Context:
Create PO and release PO as soon as BOM and MTR list are updated.
Ensure PO accuracy and compliance with H&M requirements before release.
Prepare and maintain Excel workbook for raw material booking.
Send PO to mills and ensure PI is received within 3 working days.
Submit PO & PI to shipping/commercial team to ensure timely payment.
Ensure ex-mill date from mills of each PO and in-house on time.
Maintain Fabric Follow-up Chart (FFC) for all orders.
Raise GPO/Mini GPO in SAP system.
Update fabric booking forms and obtain sign-off before placing bookings.
Follow up raw material shipments as per schedule and resolve any issues.
Maintain updated costing sheets & transfer price in SAP.
Manage material transfer in RTMS system.
Handle claim management in FCMS system.
