1. Create PO and release PO as soon as BOM and MTR list are updated.

2. Ensure PO accuracy and compliance with H&M requirements before release.

3. Prepare and maintain Excel workbook for raw material booking.

4. Send PO to mills and ensure PI is received within 3 working days.

5. Submit PO & PI to shipping/commercial team to ensure timely payment.

6. Ensure ex-mill date from mills of each PO and in-house on time.

7. Maintain Fabric Follow-up Chart (FFC) for all orders.

8. Raise GPO/Mini GPO in SAP system.

9. Update fabric booking forms and obtain sign-off before placing bookings.

10. Follow up raw material shipments as per schedule and resolve any issues.

11. Maintain updated costing sheets & transfer price in SAP.

12. Manage material transfer in RTMS system.

13. Handle claim management in FCMS system.
