Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall operational responsibilities at clarification section of DSML.
∎ Erection plan of new equipment such as Deep Bed Filter & Secondary Decolorize to up gradation of the plant.
∎ Ensure the optimum operation of Membrane press filter and PHE.
∎ Ensure the plant output at maximum level with best quality.
∎ Monitoring & controlling of maintenance cost, dealing with problem on urgent basis towards flawless resumption of production within the shortest possible time.
∎ Planning routine and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance of process systems.
∎ Perform other activities to be assigned by factory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience at least 15 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as 'Process Supervisor In charge ' for 03 years in any renowned Sugar Industry/ Group of Industries in home or abroad.
∎ Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
