Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly monitor and assess the ongoing production processes to ensure compliance with established process.
∎ Ensure that the production process is running efficiently and within the desired parameters.
∎ Identify any deficiencies or bottlenecks in the production process that could affect quality, efficiency, or output.
∎ Propose and implement corrective actions to address these deficiencies.
∎ Continuously analyze current processes and suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to implement process changes and improvements.
∎ Ensure that the production processes meet the quality standards set by the company.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that any quality issues are addressed promptly.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding process improvements, production efficiency, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Process Engineering” for our Textile Factory situated at Sreepur, Gazipur.
