∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Business Studies or Business Management or Economics from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the schedules and dairy of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meetings are updated.
∎ Prepare and monitor daily programs for them, when necessary.
∎ Dealing with incoming emails, faxes & posts often corresponding on behalf of them.
∎ Prepare and send different business letters to different overseas and local companies as per instruction.
∎ Ensure filing, mailing drafting on different issues.
∎ Make necessary appointment & arrange meeting when required.
∎ Maintain contacts database for them.
∎ Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD including the drafting of general replies.
∎ Provide protocol service, Visa, Air Ticket booking, Hotel reservation related activities for them as and when necessary.
∎ Notifying Managing Director on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Communicate with concern Govt. and Non-Govt organization for any documentation purpose.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Resident in Uttara will get preference.
∎ Should have excellent oral & written communication skills both English & Bangla.
∎ To maintain company document secrecy.
Salary: Negotiable
