Experience:
Experienced with pre-sales/solution consulting in cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise software. However, working with BFSI, telecom, or government clients in cybersecurity solutions will be added advantage.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (AppSec, WAF, Cloud Security, Zero-day protection, Bot Mitigation, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR).
Knowledge of application and network security architecture.
Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills.
The Pre-Sales Manager will act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and partners, customers, working closely with the Sales team to design, position, and demonstrate Axiler’s cybersecurity solutions and enabling sales through in-depth product expertise, demonstrations, and consultative solution design. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring customers understand the value of Axiler’s products and services in addressing their cybersecurity challenges. Client Engagement & Solution Design
Understand client security challenges and translate them into tailored solutions leveraging Axiler products.
Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and workshops to CxO and technical stakeholders.
Gather technical and functional requirements to recommend optimized cybersecurity architectures.
OEM-Focused Pre-Sales Contributions
Promote the adoption of Axiler’s innovative technologies within the enterprise and partner ecosystem.
Train distributors, resellers, and system integrators on Axiler solutions, creating strong go-to-market alignment.
Provide structured feedback from customers, partners, and competition to influence product roadmap.
Develop battlecards and differentiation strategies against global cybersecurity OEMs (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cloudflare).
Assist in building tailored solution bundles with Axiler products for verticals like BFSI, telecom, and government.
Proof of Concept (POC) & Technical Validation
Plan and lead POCs with customers, ensuring solution capabilities align with requirements.
Document outcomes, success criteria, and technical validations for smooth closure.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to align messaging, positioning, and technical collaterals.
Contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and technical blogs showcasing Axiler’s innovation.
Represent Axiler at cybersecurity summits, trade shows, and industry forums as a technical spokesperson.
Assist Sales team with battlecards, datasheets, and technical marketing content.
Train partners and resellers on Axiler’s products.
Represent Axiler at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops.

Work with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
Translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging Axiler’s cybersecurity portfolio.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Technical Expertise
Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and architecture diagrams.
Provide product positioning, competitive analysis, and differentiation strategies against global cybersecurity competitors.
Stay updated on the latest trends in application security, WAF, AI-driven defense, and threat mitigation.
Proof of Concept (POC) & Deployment Support
Lead POC planning, execution, and success evaluation.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Troubleshoot and address client technical concerns during pre-sales cycles.
