Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, or software development.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and SDLC.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).

• Experience working with OEMs or MSSPs.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing enterprise-level cybersecurity or cloud-native solution deployments.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity and DevSecOps projects. You’ll work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and client teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality deployments of Axiler’s solutions.

• Lead end-to-end project management for DevSecOps and cybersecurity solution deployments.

• Collaborate with pre-sales consultants to transition projects from proposal to execution.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.

• Track project progress using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, QA, support) and external vendors.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and post-implementation reviews.
