• 2–3 years of experience in Cloud Support, DevOps, or IT Operations.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), and networking basics.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.

• Docker Certified Associate or beginner Kubernetes training.

• Security certifications like CompTIA Security+.

• Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

As an L2 Product Reliability Engineer, you will support the reliability, monitoring, and smooth operation of Axiler’s security tools. You’ll handle escalated technical issues, assist with system deployments, and help clients get the best from our solutions. This role is ideal for engineers with some DevOps/Cloud experience who want to grow in security operations and product reliability.

• Provide technical support for Axiler’s products, including CADE and CI/CD security tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from L1 engineers or clients.

• Assist with deployment and configuration on AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.

• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to maintain high product reliability.

• Work with senior engineers to improve automation and observability.

• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

• Support client onboarding and provide basic training when needed.
