ICT Project Managment, IT Enabled services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the sales team on proposals and fields for business.
∎ Planning of sales strategies and positioning our product in contrast to the competitors for better revenue share
∎ Attending meetings with key account managers and acting as a technical expert.
∎ Preparing presentations about the product and services with all its value proposition for usage of sales team
∎ Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
∎ Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
∎ Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements.
∎ Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
∎ Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
∎ Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
∎ Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
∎ Producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Clear understanding on HP/ Dell Portal.
∎ At least 2-4 years' experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B & B2C environment
∎ A technical solution expertise in a comparable pre sales role.
∎ The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and troubleshooting skills and keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
∎ Understanding and conversant about company, competitors, technologies, solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Previous experience working within a technical pre sales position.
∎ Must be a subject matter expertise.
∎ An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
∎ Previous experience working for a competitor in a similar position would be a strong advantage.
