Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduated from any recognized university. Education in (quality) management and/or planning is preferred;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out Risk Assessments, PP meetings, inline and final inspections along with the QC team.
∎ Monitoring and coaching the QC team and preparing efficient weekly planning based on merchandiser input;
∎ Maximum cooperation with merchandise colleagues and closely following production planning to ensure on-time delivery;
∎ Analyzing and reporting inspection results with a set frequency;
∎ Driving process improvement throughout the chain;
∎ Developing, maintaining and evaluating the quality processes and manuals;
∎ Developing and implementing training programs for (new) suppliers and it's quality teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 year experience in an international buying office, most preferable for a European retailer;
∎ Self-motivated, a team player, open-minded with strong analytical skills;
∎ Pro-active and well organized;
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bangla;
∎ Strong administrative and computer skills;
∎ Able to work under pressure.
