  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in relevant job, experience to work in multinational company will be an added advantage.

  • Must be self-motivating & team work mentality.

  • Must be able to work under pressure.

Our product range consists of more than 32,000 different articles that are mostly designed and developed in-house by the HEMA team. To facilitate this, HEMA has its own buying offices in China, Hong Kong, Turkey, and Dhaka, Bangladesh with its Support Office located in Amsterdam.

For our Dhaka office we are searching for high qualified candidates for the position of: Administration & Front Desk Executive

Job Description:

  • Front desk management: greeting and maintaining visitor record, keep notes and pass them to the proper authority, responding calls in a professional manner and forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person.

  • Receive and register all letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents (domestic and international).

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including VISA invitations, flight bookings, accommodations, driver schedule, and transportation, for any travel schedule both local and foreign.

  • Reporting any issues in regular reports.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office, coordinating, and handling general administrative tasks.

  • Proactively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management, and employees.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained at all times.

  • Procurement and vendor management.

  • Contact various Courier Services company to take the parcel on time as per requirement of concerned staff/department.

  • Maintain effective communication process with other department and organization on behalf of Management requirement.

  • Manage dispatch and handle all incoming and outgoing (local/ international) surface mails efficiently

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
