Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Pharmacy degree from any recognized institute or HSC/ Pharmacy Certificate Registration Course (C-Grade)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prescription processing including the dispensing of prescriptions for inpatients, patients on discharge and outpatients.
∎ Housekeeping activities including record keeping.
∎ Perform a variety of clerical duties such as answer the telephone, provide customer service and complete pharmacy paper work as needed.
∎ Maintain the availability of the stock properly and organize the medicines in shelves
∎ Indent medicines timely and collect them from store
∎ Perform inventory counts on regular basis and identify expired drugs and remove them from stock.
∎ Maintain pharmacy safety by adhering to infection control procedures, cleanliness, policies and regulations.
∎ Attend emergency duty as and when required.
∎ Deliver any job assigned by management.
∎ Deliver medicines and surgical items that are requested by nurses from pharmacy to the clinical areas (wards/ICU/day care etc.)
∎ Collect medicines from central pharmacy store as per indents and transport them to IP and OP pharmacy
∎ keep pharmacy neat and clean
∎ Arrange medicines accordingly in the shelves
∎ Do any task assigned by supervisor/Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization
∎ Experience with leadership and people management
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
