• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 1–3 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital is preferred.

• Fresh graduates who have successfully completed their internship may also apply (if applicable).

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.

• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making capability.

• Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient safety.

1. Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care under the direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator.

2. Assess, examine, diagnose, and manage admitted patients according to established clinical protocols and treatment plans.

3. Conduct daily ward rounds with Consultants and implement clinical decisions promptly.

4. Monitor patients' progress, review investigation reports, and modify treatment plans as directed by the Consultant.

5. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate life-saving interventions when required.

6. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records, including admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.

7. Coordinate with Consultants, Clinical Coordinators, Nursing Services, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

8. Counsel patients and their attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

9. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and BMDC ethical guidelines.

10. Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

11. Perform any other clinical duties assigned by the Consultant, Clinical Coordinator, or Director of Medical Services.
