∎ Masters degree in any discipline

HR Compliance, HR payroll, Payment process, Preperaing Salary sheet
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare and ensure on time salary, allowance, bonus, incentives and others payment related issues of the employees for entire group.
∎ • Prepare salary sheet, collect acknowledgment and submit requisition to Accounts & Finance Department for fund management as per payment method for all business units.
∎ • Collaborate closely with the HR Head to identify payroll needs.
∎ • Maintain a workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
∎ • Check and update all employee information, files and documents, personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, Final Settlement of separated employees by software system.
∎ • Prepare & submit various reports such as employee's daily attendance, late, absent, early leaving, Manual correction, leave, active/inactive employee, hired and separated report or any other report as and when required.
∎ • Prepare and provide different HR & Payroll information as per the management requirements.
∎ • Able to handle attendance machine for retrieving data.
∎ • Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Must have a working knowledge of Payroll software.
∎ • Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
∎ • Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor rules 2015 and other applicable laws.
∎ • The applicants should have working experience in the Garments, Textile factory.
∎ • Ability to Report Writing and Record-Keeping.
∎ • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
∎ • Should have good knowledge in banking/online banking activities.
∎ • Should have ability to work under pressure.
