Minimum 3-to-5-years’ experience in Lingerie garment factory Specially M&S & H&M work experience
Good Lingerie product stitching and construction knowledge
Good Computer knowledge (system Lectra)
Innovation knowledge
Education Pass level is HSC or graduation.
Need to do Communication and style meeting with UK and China team.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and create accurate patterns for intimate apparel (lingerie, bras, underwear, shapewear, nightwear, etc.) ensuring correct fit, comfort, and functionality.
Review and interpret design sketches, tech packs, and size specifications to translate them into workable patterns.
Conduct fittings on mannequins and live models; make necessary pattern corrections to achieve buyer-approved fit.
Ensure proper grading, size set development, and pattern adjustments based on buyer comments and feedback.
Work closely with the sample room, technical, and merchandising teams to ensure on-time sample submission.
Apply knowledge of fabric behavior, stretch properties, and sewing techniques to develop patterns suitable for intimate apparel.
Collaborate with garment technologists and IE teams to ensure patterns are production-friendly and cost-effective.
Provide technical guidance to sample makers and sewing operators on pattern details and construction methods.
Maintain digital and manual pattern libraries for future reference and style consistency.
Support production teams in resolving pattern-related issues during bulk manufacturing.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and buyer compliance across all patterns and samples.
