• Strong knowledge of fit, construction, and grading for knitwear.

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Master specialized in Knit Garments to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate patterns, ensuring perfect fit, and maintaining high-quality standards for our knitwear products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and finalize patterns for knit garments (T-shirts, Polos, Hoodies, etc.)

• Perform pattern grading according to size charts and buyer specifications

• Ensure pattern accuracy and fit through sample checking

• Collaborate with merchandisers, production, and sample teams to meet brand requirements

• Mentor and guide junior pattern makers
