Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As an outlet manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the coffee shop. This role involves managing staff, maintaining cost control, maintaining inventory and achieving financial goals. The Outlet Manager is expected to create a positive environment for both customers and employees, fostering a culture of excellence and high standards and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Implement and maintain high standards for store appearance and cleanliness.
∎ Monitor and manage store supplies and inventory.
∎ Ensure all equipment is in good working order and coordinate repairs as necessary.
∎ Supervise and train newly appointed coffee shop staff.
∎ Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
∎ Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
∎ Foster a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members.
∎ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
∎ Promote and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
∎ Monitor daily sales and manage cash flow.
∎ Maintain accurate records, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
