Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
∎ Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
∎ Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
∎ Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
∎ Work with senior stakeholders.
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
∎ Making sure shipments are on time
∎ Weekly meeting with the vendors
∎ Support worker communication with the management team.
∎ Factory visit ( Gazipur, Chittagong)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
∎ Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Solid understanding of garments operations and production .
Salary: Negotiable
