Responsibilities & Context:
Outlet Incharge (Bakery, Cafe & Hot Food Restaurant)
- Supervise the daily operations of the Bakery, Cafe, food and beverage outlet to ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests and staff.
- Directly cash handle and barista work experience.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses and sales to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and promptly resolving complaints or issues.
- Maintain and enforce high standards for food quality, presentation and service protocols to meet guest expectations and brand standards.
- Manage inventory, control stock levels, minimize waste and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure the outlet complies with all applicable food and beverage laws, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare financial and operational reports to analyze performance and inform strategic decisions.
