• Bakery, Cafe, Hot Food restaurant work experience.

• Barista Work experience.

• Food and Beverage experience.

• Inventory Management experience.

• POS Software handling experience.

• Reporting work experience.

Outlet Incharge (Bakery, Cafe & Hot Food Restaurant)

• Supervise the daily operations of the Bakery, Cafe, food and beverage outlet to ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests and staff. 
• Directly cash handle and barista work experience.
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses and sales to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets. 
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and promptly resolving complaints or issues. 
• Maintain and enforce high standards for food quality, presentation and service protocols to meet guest expectations and brand standards. 
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, minimize waste and control costs to maximize profitability. 
• Ensure the outlet complies with all applicable food and beverage laws, health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 
• Prepare financial and operational reports to analyze performance and inform strategic decisions.
