Responsibilities & Context:
∎ APON Family Mart, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Out let Manager / In charge. If you have a proven track record of success in the retail industry and are ready to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service.
∎ Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
∎ Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
