Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct quality checks throughout production and control the release of finished goods.
- Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance of lab instruments and QC documents.
- Acquire samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per the sampling plan and proceed to prepare them for analysis, incorporating proper labeling and documentation.
- Ensuing proper testing, sorting and quality of Food.Ensuring Food and controlling product quality through proper procedures.
- To assist the Head of Unit in all his duties as required.
- Working with team members as directed by Production Officer.
