Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing oversight, support, usage and issue identification and documentation on the delivery of application solutions and enhancements
∎ Establishing, contributing to and adhering to all key departmental operating procedures around governance, project management, software lifecycle management, change management and application controls.
∎ Oracle Application Database Administration and Oracle Databases Performance Tuning and Backup / Recovery solutions
∎ Release activities, troubleshooting, Service support, change request support and Oracle database activities like Installation, configuration changes, cloning, Patching, Upgrades, maintenance, and various OS platforms based on the project needs
∎ Experience in performance tuning, backup and recovery
∎ Experience in Oracle Linux and Red Hat Linux platforms
∎ Ability to lead/work independently and make independent judgments
∎ Developing and implementing seamless reporting capabilities per business needs.
∎ Driving delivery of application features to successful completion by coordinating resources and timetables of resources and other stakeholders.
∎ Providing guidance on how solutions could help solve business problems, evolve existing business capabilities, and enable new business capabilities.
∎ Leveraging your end-to-end project management skills (PMP)
∎ Developing and executing system testing and test plans as required as well as coordinating and conducting internal user support and training.
∎ Developing and testing solutions in collaboration with end-users, execute production migration and post-install after care.
∎ Improving process flow and user documentation for Oracle ERP and enhancing user knowledge and competency.
∎ Ensuring stability and data accuracy in the Oracle Applications production instance post release in addition to meeting customer needs in line with compliance and audit policies
∎ Creating and managing Oracle Support Service Requests and apply patches as and when required
∎ Demonstrated proficiency and willingness to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle modules including GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, OTL, CST providing feasibility analysis, solution design and new functionality implementation as required.
∎ Demonstrated experience in being self-supporting in EBS technology components: SQL, PL/SQL, reports, APIs etc. using TOAD or SQL Developer
∎ Understanding the core accounting flow of Oracle Supply Chain cycles modules: OTC, P2P, BOM, WIP, ONT, PO, INV
∎ Functional or techno-functional experience in Oracle financials modules specifically in the corporate accounting and undo accounting area: GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, OTL, CST
∎ Thorough understanding of technical and functional aspects of Oracle ERP including Application Object Library
∎ (AOL), and FND objects
∎ Oracle Application Database Administration and Oracle Databases Performance Tuning and Backup / Recovery solutions
∎ Experience supporting other major Oracle eBusiness Suite, or Fusion Middleware Components, OBIEE & Application Integration Architecture (AIA), while not mandatory, would be useful
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ 8+ years of hands-on Apps DBA experience with Service support, change request support and Oracle database activities like Installation, configuration changes, cloning, Patching, Upgrades, maintenance of Oracle ERP R-12.
∎ 8 years of functional or techno-functional experience in Oracle financials modules specifically in the corporate accounting area: GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, OTL, CST
∎ Age Limit: 33 to above. Age relaxation may be permitted if the candidates posses any specialization.
