Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• SSC / HSC / Diploma (Food, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline preferred)

• Food & beverage production training is an advantage

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of CSD syrup preparation & mixing process

• Basic understanding of Brix, pH, and formulation control

• Attention to detail and discipline in following recipes

1. Operate mixing tanks, dissolvers, agitators, and transfer pumps.

2. Prepare simple syrup, flavored syrup, and beverage base as per approved formulation.

3. Control parameters such as Brix, temperature, mixing time, and volume.

4. Accurately measure and add sugar, flavors, acids, colors, preservatives, and additives.

5. Follow recipe sheets and batch cards strictly to avoid formulation errors.

6. Check and record Brix, pH, clarity, and sensory attributes.

7. Perform CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) of tanks, pipelines, and mixers as per SOP.

8. Maintain GMP, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.

9. Conduct basic equipment checks before and during operation.

10. Follow safety SOPs, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements.

11. Support ISO, HACCP, FSSC, and internal audits.

12. Maintain batch records, mixing logs, ingredient usage, and CIP records.
