Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the safe and proper operation of filler machine/ blow mold machine/ wrapping machine.
∎ Properly Check all lubrication system manually of filler machine/ blow mold machine/ wrapping machine.
∎ Machine cleaning and check list update.
∎ Maintain all hygienic condition.
∎ Ensure production target as per production target.
∎ Record Keeping of all documents, related to production (such as register, record sheet & format fulfill at the time of production).
∎ To be check filling level, filling valve, panel board, chilled water temperature, grippers of filler machine on time.
∎ Other maintenance work assigned by superior.
