Job Responsibility :
Oversee and ensure smooth operations of assigned business unit(s).
Supervise day-to-day activities including fleet/plant management, manpower deployment, logistics, and productivity.
Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize output.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain coordination with top management, clients, suppliers, and operational teams.
Monitor maintenance schedules for ships, trucks, and plant machinery, ensuring minimum downtime.
Provide leadership, discipline, and guidance to staff for achieving organizational goals.
Report regularly to senior management on operational performance, risks, and solutions.
