Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform daily cash collection and deposit at bank and report to Central Office
∎ Ensure all orders are delivered on time in your area
∎ Ensure all delivery riders maintain their schedule and are available for their shifts
∎ Ensure riders comply with all rules and company policies
∎ Support the area manager to provide excellent delivery service to the customers
∎ Ensure that delivery staff comply with the rules and regulations of the company and be able to control and motivate the delivery riders
∎ Need to show positive attitude, in the mean time understanding customer urgency of order
∎ Should have good knowledge about Chittagong city Map
∎ Solve any ad hoc issues that arise during delivery operations time.
∎ Liaise with the logistics team to ensure the fleet is maintained properly
∎ Ensure that all bike maintenance and legal paperwork are completed in a timely manner
∎ Oversee the work of the brand promoters in your area
∎ Be target driven and goal oriented
