Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for production of Corrugated Paper Boxes, Back board, Gum Tape, Poly Bags, Woven and Printing Label & other related accessories and trim products and to ensure on time production and delivery.
∎ Responsible for machine wise Production & RM planning and to ensure on time availability of materials in the floor.
∎ Responsible for production people management, regular training of the production supervisors, operators & workers.
∎ Coordination with all related departments in supply chain service line
∎ Direct all team members to meet production target for each production shift, daily and yearly basis.
∎ Ensures adherence to cost control measures and leading, process specifications and quality standards
∎ Ensures autonomous maintenance by production operators for all minor maintenance job in the Packaging factory.
∎ Regular coordination with all Production Managers on all production and maintenance related matters.
∎ Identifies bottle necks in the production process and balance the production line to achieve target.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of factory regularly.
∎ Establishes factory compliances and maintains appropriate security measures for the safety and security of plant and employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Above 10 years' work experience in a reputed Automated Bonded warehouse packaging factory out of which 5 years as a Production/factory in charge.
∎ Essentials:
∎ Should be conversant with the machineries of an automated corrugated carton factory and should also be capable of leading two production shifts to get targeted output in time.
∎ Should have basic ideas of repair- maintenances of the machineries and should be capable of getting the repair maintenances done in time.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on carton/poly/label and all related products designing and sample making based on given data.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on related raw materials, their specifications, related chemicals and all other auxiliary materials.
∎ Good motivational skills.
∎ Should be able to join immediately.
∎ Behavioral:
