Job Responsibilities:
∎ To co-ordinate with all activities with all other sections of the Commercial department (UP section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, Audit section, BGAPMEA, BKMEA, BGMEA & all related section).
∎ To coordinate with Production team regularly for inventory out status and to calculate total inventory out and also close contact with Finance department for fund management activities respectably.
∎ To collect Utilization Declaration from respective authorities which are required UP submission to customs.
∎ To follow-up PI, opening LC for import, and complete Bill of Exchange and send to garments for signing and follow up the collection of documents which related to export proceeds for BBLC.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members.
∎ To ensure the UP-completion certificate from customs authority.
∎ To prepare the consumption report of yarn, carton, label and all other accessories etc.
∎ To ensure vehicle program is provided to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment.
∎ To ensure shipment schedule follow up with forwarder.
∎ To ensure preparing all documents related to license renewal and all kind of excess demand approval on time from customs authority.
∎ To ensure preparing and renewal all kinds of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ To handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
∎ To collect documents, prepare L/C accordingly and attain bank formalities on time for delivering on time.
∎ To communicate with the bank and prepare Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) on monthly basis which is requires for license renewal and any kind of excess demand approval.
∎ To maintain Communication with the C&F office to complete the import process and collect necessary documents after custom pass.
∎ To communicate and follow up with the bank to accomplish the realization process
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
