Job Responsibilities:
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of management tasks
∎ Organize management's scheduling needs and implement administrative action plan for smooth operations
∎ Prepare general draft correspondence on behalf of CEO, support department related work processes as well as liaison with Head Operations and Accounts Manager
∎ Prepare monthly calendar for corporate meetings and trainings and also provide feedback report to management
∎ Ensure and recheck that specific reports reach management in a timely manner e.g. sales report, FB Report, Credit Report and Credit realization report, Documentation, Daily attendance report, Employees' grooming status, updated product picture post in FB etc.
∎ Arrange and facilitate outside meetings and also rearrange schedules with last minute changes
∎ Ensure smooth operation of office safety and security equipment like CCTV and other firefighting equipment.
∎ Maintain and sometimes initiate corporate agreements with different service providers and vendors (Marketing related, security companies etc.) to ensure maximum corporate benefits for the company
∎ Maintain professional relationships to build long term relationships with key contacts
∎ Prepare different types of report as required
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have English language fluency.
∎ Must know Chattogram local language.
∎ Must have Computer skill.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
