Responsibilities & Context:
Binge Traveler is looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our Mirpur office. The role is to ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff, coordinate with teams, and maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and staff performance
Coordinate with sales, marketing & customer service teams
Manage vendors, logistics, and client services
Monitor expenses, budgets, and office performance
Ensure service quality and resolve issues quickly
