Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year in sales, reservations, or customer service, preferably in the travel, or tourism industry.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication.
∎ Proficiency in air ticket reservation software - GDS
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
∎ Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively selling the company’s service by using GDS, portals & b2b partners.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
∎ Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services.
∎ Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue per booking.
∎ Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split/merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings, EMD) Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration.
∎ Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers.
∎ Ensure a seamless booking process by maintaining accurate reservation details.
∎ Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date database of customers and bookings.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
∎ Sales & Reservations:
