Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Mirpur office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff, coordinate across departments, and maintain high service quality. Applicants without relevant experience are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and staff performance
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams
Manage vendors, logistics, and client services
Monitor expenses, budgets, and overall performance
Ensure service quality and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management (travel or service industry preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle budgets, vendors, and cross-team coordination
