Job Context:
∎ We are going to hire an "Operation Manager" for an e-commerce company located in Gulshan-1 who needs to be dynamic, is an expert in E-commerce operation possess the attributes to lead our growing team.
∎ Job Location- Urban Rose, House-61, Road-24, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a practical knowledge of operation process for an e-commerce platform
∎ Would be creative, innovative and willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
∎ Manage daily operations
∎ Liaison with product suppliers, vendors, companies etc.
∎ Formulate strategy for efficient running of the company
∎ Must be good in manipulating product description
∎ Know to analyze customer purchase behavior.
∎ Monitor and implement different promotional activities
∎ Manage inventory and ensure product quality
∎ Report hourly/daily/weekly/monthly sales status to the Management and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per customer's specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of previous experience of working in e-commerce.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali
