Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/Hon's/MBA/Masters (preferred major in Marketing). Depending on your skills or experience, however, educational qualification will be relaxed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain retail and VM standard of the outlet to ensure comfortable shopping environment. Ensure all floor audit checklists, VM checklists, stock registers, staff registers, security registers and cash registers are being maintained timely
∎ Responsible to ensure staff development, staff retention and staff training
∎ Responsible for total inventory management of the respective outlet
∎ Ensure managing all sort of Maintenance (electro-mechanical, general and IT) works at outlet in coordination with relevant cross functional department
∎ Maintain good rapport with local administration, landowner / mall authority and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Accountable to make required daily, weekly and monthly report
∎ Close supervision with outlet accountant/cashier to monitor all financial transactions of the outlet.
∎ To take prompt actions to resolve customer problems/complaints in coordination with relevant cross functional department
∎ Responsible to achieve sales target and growth of the respective outlet through team effort being a team player.
∎ Meet financial objectives by preparing an effective annual budget for the outlet and initiate corrective actions to control cost, shrinkage and damage to achieve outlet profitability as per budget of the outlet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ Years in this sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Business Development, Corporate Sales.
∎ Proven track record of on the ground execution ability, taking ownership and driving business performance.
∎ Proven negotiation skills and experience with partnerships.
∎ Ability to travel across Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to Deal with Multi B2B Exporters/Vendors (Grocery, Fashion & Beauty Products).
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
∎ Self-motivated and self-directed, goal-oriented, organized team player, encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Proactive and can-do attitude.
