∎ BBA/Hon's/MBA/Masters (preferred major in Marketing). Depending on your skills or experience, however, educational qualification will be relaxed.

∎ Identify, engage, and convert leads to meet targets.
∎ Create a strong line of recurring sales across various channels and industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting Source targets with managing a sales team.
∎ Penetrate the export market to onboard them on our platform.
∎ Develop and implement new Vendors initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
∎ Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients. Conduct one on one meeting with clients for potential conversion.
∎ Plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company policies and strategies.
∎ Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
∎ Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
∎ Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
∎ Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
∎ Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
∎ Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs in Corporate sales, preferably in the E-Commerce industry.
∎ Proven track record of on the ground execution ability, taking ownership and driving business performance.
∎ Proven negotiation skills and experience with partnerships.
∎ Ability to travel across Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to Deal with Multi B2B Exporters/Vendors (Grocery, Fashion & Beauty Products).
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
∎ Self-motivated and self-directed, goal-oriented, organized team player, encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Proactive and can-do attitude.
∎ Professional Requirements: 2+ Years in Ecommerce Sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Business Development, Corporate Sales.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing are preferred.
