Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Crescent Fashion & Design Limited, a concern under Beximco Textiles & Apparel Division having state of the art of the art combined spinning, textiles and world class garments manufacturing facilities supplying wide range of world class readymade garments for internationally reputed buyers in the U.S.A/ Europe etc. is looking for experienced, dynamic and highly potential and versatile professionals for the above mentioned position.

∎ Looking for prospective high-profile customers and bringing in new business that ensures solid profitability.
∎ Oversee marketing performances of particular buyers (knits & woven) starting from assessing a new order’s feasibility to shipment of goods.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with international buyers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular meetings and communication with buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with product development teams to create products that meet international buyers' expectations and standards.
∎ Work closely with product development teams to ensure new apparel products meet market demands and are positioned effectively.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
∎ Organize and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and attract new buyers.
∎ Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
