Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence on Facebook and YouTube. This role requires a highly responsive and engaging approach to user comments to enhance our brand's interaction with our audience.
∎ Monitor all incoming comments on the company’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
∎ Respond to comments within 12 hours of posting to ensure active and positive engagement.
∎ Develop a response strategy that reflects the brand’s voice and values.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals.
∎ Escalate critical customer issues to the relevant internal teams promptly.
∎ Report monthly on social media engagement metrics and response performance.
∎ Success in this role will be measured by the ability to respond to all comments within a 12-hour timeframe consistently.

∎ Salary: Based on company policy
∎ Performance Bonus: 5,000 BDT per month for achieving the response time target
