∎ Ability to think differently and articulate that in creative communications
∎ Understand brand standards and applications
∎ Strong applied knowledge of copywriting both in English and Bangla
∎ Good commercial acumen
∎ Strong agency/vendor management skills
∎ Can show experience of executing work with full ownership requiring low supervision
∎ Work Experience & Skills Requirements:

∎ Manage designated brands under Indulge Food & Beverage Limited,
∎ Store branding & Communications to create the right character following the brand standards and purpose.
∎ Effectively design outreach communication campaigns that connect, engage, and convert customers to brand's KPIs
∎ Promotion design for the products and brands to ensure planned business results are achieved
∎ Design communication campaigns that enhance value and perception
∎ Agency, vendor, partnerships, and billing management
∎ Manage all digital communications channels/platforms
∎ Ensure communication integrity and hygiene are maintained in all communication platforms
∎ Internal: Team Members / other Functional Teams/Group & Sister Concern Teams / Management team
∎ External: Creative / digital / activations / events / media buying agencies, Vendors / Suppliers, Partners
∎ Department – Brand & Communications
∎ Business Unit – Indulge Food & Beverage Limited
∎ Indulge Food & Beverage Limited, a concern of United Group
