∎ 3-4 Years' proven work experience in the Core Brand Team in a reputed organization. Candidate from FMCG (food lndustry) will get preference.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Data Analytical, Customer Trend Analysis, Market research, Business Knowledg
∎ Biased to action, Team Player, Attention to detail.
∎ Should have good knowledge at Microsoft Excel and Power Point
∎ High level of professional integrity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Generating data, inputs and plans for brand management, executions of the same;
∎ 2. Execute activities to communicate the business value proposition to customers;
∎ 3. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, promotional collateral & point-of-sale displays;
∎ 4. Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and provide recommendations for improvement;
∎ 5. ldentify and engage with key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry partners, to build brand advocacy;
∎ 6. Facilitate the development and execution of marketing campaigns
∎ 7. Vendor coordination and execution
∎ 8. Exploring new product opportunities
∎ 9. Providing inputs to brand management
∎ 10. Monitoring Marketing budget
