Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead as Operation In-Charge for production floors.
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets.
∎ Develop and implement effective production strategies for process improvement.
∎ Work closely with the engineering team to identify and solve machine problems.
∎ Supervise troubleshooting tasks and ensure timely solutions for any technical issues.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Prepare production reports and recommend operational improvements.
∎ As an Operation Engineer, You will be responsible for planning and executing daily production activities, solving technical problems, and ensuring efficient operation of machinery in collaboration with the engineering team. Only B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering candidates are requested to apply.
