Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire electrical engineering function of the factory.
∎ Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment.
∎ Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, factory regulations, and company policies.
∎ Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams to support smooth operations and continuous improvements.
∎ Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
∎ Supervise and develop the electrical engineering team.
∎ Prepare technical reports, budgets, and documentation as required.
