Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business Growth & P&L Management: Drive overall business performance for the cluster by managing Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring sustainable revenue growth, on time payment collection, cost control, and operational efficiency to achieve 3X growth targets.
∎ New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, creating strategies to expand market presence and diversify revenue streams through innovative solutions and partnerships.
∎ Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless cluster operations by optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery, and implementing best practices across financial, logistical, and administrative functions.
∎ Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement long-term strategies focused on achieving business goals, market expansion, and customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational objectives.
∎ Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive collaboration and Revenue.
